1860s Italianate House in Cynthiana, Kentucky

Omega Psi Phi House in Louisville, Kentucky

The Italianate located on Chestnut Street is also known as the Doerhoefer-Hampton House. It was built in 1887 and placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979. The local chapter of the Omega Psi Phi fraternity purchased the home in 2019 and restored it. It now serves as their local headquarters and meeting space.

Wilkins-Nettles House-Rome, Georgia

This Italianate house is located in the East Rome Historic District. Built in 1890, an addition was added in the 1960s. It’s been abandoned for a while, but it was recently purchased, and renovations have started on it.

Lance Knoll-Greenville County, South Carolina

This 1853 Italianate farmhouse is built right on the county line between Spartanburg and Greenville. It is officially claimed by Greenville County. The home still contains all original details.

Notice the Masonic symbol below the roofline. That is an interesting detail to survive over the years.

Yates-Jones House-Chattahoochee Hills, Georgia

Fulton County

Built around 1879, William Yates built this Italianate in an area formerly known as Rivertown. By 1893, William Yates fell into financial trouble due to a national financial panic. James Jethro Jones eventually purchased the house from the bank in 1894. The home has been expanded twice.

Brick Italianate House-Fairburn, Georgia

Located on Main Street in Fairburn, this home was built in 1879.
