This is the house in Elmodel, Georgia that’s finally being restored. My understanding that descendants purchased the home with the goal to restore it.

The main living area is completely exposed. I am told that the surrounding community fills the room with a lit manger scene at Christmas.

My friend and I were driving around southwest Georgia when we saw this house. As we were turning around, we saw someone on walking down the road. We pulled over and said this is “Bobby Shaw’s place.”
